Certified Organic Olive Oil - Grampians Olive Co

Signature - Organic Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Grampians Olive Co is a certified organic grove with a proud heritage, nestled at the foot of the Grampians (Gariwerd). Their heritage trees rely solely on natural rainfall and once picked, olives are cold pressed immediately producing a low yield of ultra-premium olive oil - beautifully concentrated in flavour.

Signature oil is a unique early harvest style with fruity, herbaceous flavours and a subtle peppery finish. Pressed from olive varieties including the rare Verdale, Bouqettier and Mission, this oil is unfiltered and lovingly hand-bottle in small batches.
