Our Free-Range, Nitrate-Free Leg Ham is produced using Certified Free Range Pork from Gooralie. They are naturally cured, with a chemical nitrite free cure, and naturally double wood smoked, for a delicious flavoured ham. Our nitrite free hams have a rosy pink colour, as many nitrite free hams are dull and washed out.

A boneless leg ham option for Christmas, still with the leg ham flavour but minus the bone making it easier to slice.
