A different take on your traditional lamb & rosemary. The perfect combination of organic pumpkin and rosemary, we've balanced the flavors, so this classic has a subtle sweetness from the pumpkin. The pumpkin also helps to bind the mince and seasoning together when making the rissoles and to keep them moist when cooking. Made using pure certified organic lamb mince, oven roasted pumpkin, red wine vinegar, Himalayan salt, pepper and rosemary. Gluten and preservative free, no chemicals, additives, preservatives or fillers.
